French native, but lived 10 years in Africa before moving here some 30 years ago, and American citizen for most of that time.
Background in History and Archaeology, but (reality check!) went to work for a big corporation and started exploring the Rockies and collecting minerals.
And started going to the Denver Mineral Show, where I eventually met Alain Carion some 15 years ago. Started helping him during the Shows, then translating his small Meteorites book (soon to be re-published), several articles for Meteorite!
Opened my 2 web-sites http://www.IMPACTIKA.com and http://www.TheMineralCompany.com a bit over 3 years ago. Still have a day-job! Still traveling as often as possible (Europe, Middle-East, North Africa, Central Asia....).
